Cancellation Policy

To ensure dedicated time and high-quality service, all new client engagements require a non-refundable engagement fee at the time of booking. This fee secures your appointment and is applied toward your initial consultation or service. What This Means: * The engagement fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. * Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you once the fee is received. * The fee may be credited toward your first service, depending on the scope of work agreed upon. * Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or office. * We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. * Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the engagement fee.
